Every transaction on tron consume energy and bandwidth. if you don't have energy yourself the transaction will burn TRX from your wallet to pay for the energy and bandwidth cost. this can be very expansive for the user.

You can see from the images below that one the same transaction has a 6 TRX fee when the user don't have enough energy to cover the transaction.

How to get energy?

1. You can stake TRX and receive energy. To cover the energy cost from the transaction above you need to stake around 7,000 TRX in your wallet.

2. Rent the energy. you can rent the energy need from various energy exchanges at a reduced cost, normally between 50-70% of the burn cost.
